The facility is on the former site of Tampa Bay Center Mall and occupies roughly one-quarter of the 80-acre tract. The Buccaneers project received the Associated Builders and Contractor (ABC) Florida Gulf Coast Chapter “Project of the Year Award”. As a key member of the design team our contributions include tree preservation, landscape and irrigation design and hardscape design for the facility. Three practice fields were designed with state-of-the-art grading techniques and irrigation. The landscape is designed to be low maintenance and drought tolerant. colorful planting beds line the facilities entry way and compliment the beautiful paver driveway.
