Office

Office, Commercial and Multi-Family projects are a large part of our design work as well as Institutional projects for various municipalities such as Courthouses, Streetscapes, Libraries, Schools, Parks and Fire Stations. We are certified as a Women and Small Business Enterprise in the State of Florida and have been in business since 2004. Anderson Lesniak Limited is a small innovative firm with the ability to hammer-out rush projects and the staying power to complete comprehensive multi-phase work. We specialize in well-balanced design that combines project criteria, site conditions and budget considerations to create clean functional results. Fundamental design principles, enhancement of the natural environment and considerations of the user, are incorporated into every phase of the firm’s work ethic. The staff often works as a team, presenting designs to the group and accepting feedback and alternate ideas that result in well rounded concepts that are refined by the project manager into final products. The give and take of teamwork, appreciation of the natural environment, and the creative energy of design are the hallmarks of this firm’s staff.
