The HCC Ybor Campus Library Courtyard was designed by Alyson with the idea of providing for the needs of the students as well as accommodating the general public, in an inviting outdoor space. This project was installed over a year ago and the environment is still pleasing despite heavy usage. Recent Projects include the Riverview Oaks Development, which is a Public/Private partnership for redeveloping a large inner city housing project into a new community with Single Family, Multi-family, Elderly Housing and Commercial Buildings that work together as a unified neighborhood. Over 50 Grand Oak trees were saved on the site to provide an impressive setting for the community and its common areas.
